TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES

UNIFF LLC TERM AND CONDITIONS

The University of Informatics and Faith in Florida, governed by the company UNIFF LLC, Limited Liability Company, Document Number L20000061240, based in 7901 4Th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, in this act represented by UNIFF LLC.

These terms govern the use of our platform of services that facilitate communications between university and students. Being the presentation carried out through our domains, at the addresses: https://www.uniff.org ; https://www.uniff.online ; https://portaluniff.com ; https://universidadeuniffead.com ;  and https://uniffportal.com, may be modified, reallocated or redacted in due course. Our services, platform, website are collectively referred to as “UNIFF LLC”.

Before proceeding, it is essential that you read and understand all terms and conditions governing this contract.

Progression and handling of UNIFF LLC constitutes a manifestation of consent and acceptance of compliance with the required terms and conditions, establishing in fact and in law a contractual relationship between you (student) and UNIFF LLC. These terms expressly supersede previous contracts or agreements with you. The UNIFF LLC will decide anytime for immediate cancellation, with all due respect to you and the process, or in general, enable or disable access to the UNIFF Systems or any of its parties, at any time and for any reason. And we do not refund registration fees.

Modifications will be valid at the time of publication by UNIFF LLC of the updated terms in this section, with the consent of the student. Your continued access to or use of UNIFF Systems after this posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the terms and conditions cited below:

– Your access levels will be unlocked as required by the established goals;
– Any and all information arising from the services provided are considered confidential. It must not be disclosed or shared, under penalty of a contractual fine in the amount of $50,000.
– UNIFF LLC is exempt from any professional relationship with the student.
– It will be the responsibility of student the taxes related to social security and hospital insurance.
– The cancellation of the contract in the USA implies the payment of a fine in the full amount to the contracted party.
– Termination of the contract in another country will follow the terms of the representative company.

By clicking on “Register”, or “Accept”, or “Register User”, or any button to proceed with your access or registration on our Portal, or Platform, at the end of this contract, you will be legally bound by all terms and conditions present here as a student.

If you do not agree with any of the provided rules, you shall not accept this term and shall not agree to this contract. If you have any questions about the rules set forth herein, please contact our legal department. Via legal E-mail: legal@uniffportal.com

Purpose of the contract: Provide digital and remote services for the University UNIFF LLC systems.

Services: It will be the responsibility of the student to manage the tools, study, read, create and write content within the platform. And other tasks and demands that may arise.

Payment: The student must pay according to the contracted amount. As listed below:


A) They will be able to pay in their local currency, as long as it is transferred to a company accredited by UNIFF LLC.
B) The student can pay in Dollars through the Paypal system or in another way.
C) The amount for the early termination of the contract must be paid in a single installment.

Delivery times: The student must deliver his production according to the target targets:
A) Obligatory Activities.
B) The contents of the platform will have targets set within the working week.

Copyright: All content generated during the fulfillment of the tasks established for UNIFF LLC are the exclusive property of University. And I acknowledge that any content created by me is the property of UNIFF LLC. For the purpose of my resume and presentation of my experience, I will only be able to cite and demonstrate in my portfolio the work carried out as long as it does not jeopardize the confidentiality agreement with UNIFF.

Contract termination: The current contract may be terminated by UNIFF LLC at any time. The contract by the student can only be terminated after payment of the fee established by the university.

GENERAL PROVISIONS: The student declares that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of this service provision agreement by clicking on Advance or Register.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the courses offered by UNIFF LLC, a private company, the University of Informatics and Faith in Florida – UNIFF is accredited in the State of Florida as UNIFF LLC, document number L20000061240, based at 7901 4th St N , STE 4000, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, hereinafter represented in accordance with its Articles of Association, hereinafter referred to as “UNIFF LLC”.

Before proceeding, it is essential that you read and understand all the terms and conditions that govern the acquisition of our educational programs.

1. Our service
1.1. You are purchasing an educational program, of variable duration, and not formal, in online format, made available virtually by UNIVERSIDADE UNIFF LLC.
1.2. The course certificate is made available at the end of the course.
1.3. The educational program purchased is for your personal and individual use. Therefore, you may not, in any way: share, copy, sell or publicly display part or all of the content of any of our educational programs contained in the educational program.
1.4. The educational program offered is merely educational in nature. We are not responsible for any action or decision taken based on the information and content of our educational programs.
1.5. We recognize that the only form of contact for the purpose of making requests is opening tickets via the Teacher Center, in accordance with clause 8 (Eighth) of this Membership Agreement.

2. About subscriptions to educational programs
2.1. Your subscription will continue in accordance with the financial plan chosen at the time of enrollment in the educational program.
2.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time. See the cancellation policy in clause 11 (Eleventh) of this Membership Agreement.
2.3. The value of the contract is R$ 12,000.00 (twelve thousand reais).
2.4. This contract will be valid for 60 months from the date of its subscription or until the completion of the course, whichever occurs first. The institution reserves the right to demand payment of any amounts that may remain outstanding at the end of the contract, whether by judicial or extrajudicial means.

3. Partner educational program
3.1. The UNIVERSIDADE UNIFF LLC portal may offer courses and training from other partners. You can check the partner by clicking on the scholarship offered or on “Learn about the course” on the student portal.

4. Acquisition procedures
4.1. First, you must register on our website, providing some information. Don't worry, your information and personal data provided will be stored in our systems in a confidential and secure manner. We will not misuse or disclose your data to any third party without your authorization.
4.2. The information provided in the registration must be accurate, precise and truthful, and you undertake to update the registration whenever there is any change in your data. We may use all legal means to confirm the veracity of this data, although we are not responsible, under any circumstances, for incorrect or untrue data provided by you. That is, you guarantee and assume responsibility for the veracity, accuracy and authenticity of all data you provide to us.
4.3. If, at any time, we identify inaccurate data, we may cancel your registration and, if applicable, revoke certificates already granted.

4.4. After completing your registration, you may receive an email with your username and access information. This data is for personal, non-transferable and exclusive use and may not be passed on to third parties. You therefore assume full responsibility for its safekeeping and confidentiality, with the obligation to prevent it from being used by other people.

4.5. We strongly recommend that you change your password periodically and that you do not use passwords that are easy for third parties to guess, such as telephone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, family names, and others.
4.6. With your username and password you will be able to access the portal and take the educational programs
contained in your subscription educational program.
4.7. After confirmation of payment, access to the educational program will be released within 96 hours.

5. Minimum requirements to purchase an educational program
5.1. In order to watch our educational programs, some minimum requirements are necessary:
(i) internet access, with a recommended speed above 128 kbps. In case of using a proxy: release

the rule without authentication for all UNIFF LLC domains, namely: (*.universidadeuniffead.com;

*.uniff.twygoead.com; *.uniff.online; *.uniff.org; .portaluniff.com and *.uniffportal.com);
(ii) microcomputer, recommended with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor or equivalent configuration and

recommended 1GB RAM;

(iii) browser: minimum Mozilla Firefox 4.0, Chrome 8, Internet Explorer 7 or Safari 5. It is recommended to use the latest versions of browsers, although the LMS is also compatible with older versions;

(iv) Anti-pop-up disabled;

(v) Screen resolution: Minimum recommended: 1024 x 768

(vi) Java and Flash player 10+ plugins installed;

(vii) PDF file reader;

(viii) In case of using videos, it will be necessary to have an educational program that plays digital media installed; (ix) Educational programs with voiceover and multimedia educational reprograms: sound card and output device such as headphones or speakers.

5.2. By accepting this Term of Adhesion, you are declaring and guaranteeing to us that you meet all these minimum requirements, knowing that our educational programs may not function properly if they are not met.

 

6. About payment
6.1. For your greater security, convenience and comfort, all payment management and processing procedures for the educational program have been delegated to companies specialized exclusively in this task, which you are certainly already familiar with.
6.2. When purchasing an Educational Program on our portal, the student can count on the ease of the payment process that is managed and executed exclusively by the company 4U GESTAO FINANCEIRA E EDUCACIONAL LTDA. In the event of late payments, the institution will notify the company so that it can apply the legal interest and fines and, if the default persists, it will notify the institution UNIFF LLC, so that the partial or total loss of the benefits offered can be effected. In the event of default exceeding 30 days, the institution may designate a specialized company to collect any amounts that may be outstanding.
6.3 Student subject to additional fees

7. About the catalog of educational programs
7.1. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, change the catalog of educational programs offered, ceasing to offer any course included in the educational program.
7.2. Changing the catalog, however, will not change your right to complete a course already purchased or to receive the certificate for this course.
7.3. Copying the teaching material in any form is strictly prohibited, as is providing the teaching materials for photocopying or recording to students or third parties.

8. Student Support

8.1. You will receive support for technical issues related to accessing the educational program purchased.

8.2. The support service channels are via a WhatsApp center (Teacher Center) that can be accessed via the respective UNIFF LLC links: https://www.universidadeuniffead.com/contato and https://wa.me/message/R2EXHXDFWKJPD1 .

8.3. Respect the service deadlines. Service will be provided within 24 hours; responses are not Real Time, that is, instantaneous. The deadlines vary from 48 hours to 45 business days.

9. Educational programs

9.1. Our educational programs are exclusively aimed at qualifying the candidate by transmitting only knowledge.

9.2. Referral to secondary educational programs occurs after the submission of the assessments required in our educational program.

9.3. Our educational programs have distinct peculiarities. Among them, the self-service modality, division of content into cores (all considered mandatory), the final qualification of the candidate is carried out through research, and evaluated through a final work based on the desired training, aiming at accelerated training.

9.4. The completion of the course is subject to the correction of the final work. This will only be done after the financial planning is paid off.

9.5. You will have access to all content upon completion of the previous levels, according to the pedagogical schedule (instructed through the Instruction Center). Part of the collection made available is in the Public Domain, developed and distributed free of charge by SETEC, through the educational object repository of the professional and technological network: ProEdu. Please note that we do not charge for the content provided, and it is available.

9.6. The STUDENT's failure to attend classes or the AVA (Virtual Learning Environment) does not entitle the STUDENT to refuse payment of the monthly fees corresponding to the period of validity of this contract.

9.7. The content provided may be public domain material, and/or produced by UNIFF LLC itself.

9.8. It is forbidden to provide teaching material that is part of the object of this Contract for dissemination in public places, tele-rooms, or any other form of public dissemination.

9.9. The Master's and Doctorate programs follow their own formulation. The student must base all his/her research on external sources and reference them. The methodology used by UNIFF LLC does not adopt video content or handouts related to the program content of the Syllabus. It is understood that the student himself must seek the content externally, and that our academic staff will, based on the activities/assessments applied, correct, assist and guide throughout the academic research process of the program in question. Additional content may be made available on the portal to assist with Case Study demands, to meet one or another assessment within the 24/48 hours made available, month by month until the end of the course.

9.10. The main methodology adopted by UNIVERSIDADE UNIFF LLC is Case-Based Learning (ABC). In this model, the student is directed to explore lines of research related to the course topics and must answer questionnaires based on these themes, promoting practical and contextualized learning.

9.11. All of our courses have a duration stipulated in the schedule or syllabus. And the student may extend the course for 2 months free of charge. Exceptions may be granted by the University administration.

9.12. The certificate or diploma must be issued at the end of the course. Documents such as enrollment declarations, ongoing course declarations, grade transcripts, and others that require the institution's signature will be considered optional, and it will be up to the University Administration to decide whether or not to issue these documents. If the university chooses to issue the documents, a corresponding fee will be charged in the currency of the State of Florida, United States (USA).

9.13. Enrollment declarations and student IDs will be available through our application (https://uniff.flutterflow.app), which is currently in beta. This service is offered as an additional benefit by the institution and is not mandatory. Due to its development stage, the application may be slow or malfunction. Therefore, the institution does not guarantee the full performance of the application.

9.14. Cancellation declarations and terminations will be sent exclusively via text message through the Teacher Center and will not be issued on the institution's letterhead.

10. About system failures and malware

10.1. It is our duty to strive to ensure that the system is always operational and in perfect working order, but we are not responsible for isolated and temporary unavailability, which may occur due to technical reasons, actions by third parties or failures in the world wide web. Always plan to complete and archive the activities carried out within the educational programs well in advance, as there may occasionally be congestion on our portal, and even bugs in the system adopted.

10.2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by failures in the system, server or world wide web, resulting from lawful or unlawful acts committed by third parties.

10.3. It is your responsibility to keep your system protected against viruses and other malware. Therefore, we are not responsible for damages caused by viruses and malware resulting from accessing, using or browsing the website on the internet or as a result of the transfer of data, files, images, texts or audio contained therein.

11. Withdrawals / Cancellations / Refunds

11.1. Subscription to educational programs: cancellation will not be permitted if the user accesses more than one course in their educational program, even within a period of 7 (seven) days, since access to the first course gives the user the opportunity to try out the subscription model.

11.2. Requests to stop automatic debits (recurring) on ​​credit cards must be made up to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the date the educational program is due for the next debit through the cancellation procedure on the website.

11.3. Any Educational Programs may be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, as set forth in this Membership Agreement, and in accordance with the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), and the student will be required to pay the amount corresponding to the total number of hours of classes offered until the cancellation request is formalized, based on the full amount of R$12,000.00 (twelve thousand reais), or without the due discount of the scholarship applied. And after the Contract Termination has been completed and formalized. Plus a compensatory fine for the contract termination corresponding to 10% (ten percent) of the difference between the value of the class hours of the classes offered, corresponding to the base value of R$1,200.00 (one thousand two hundred reais).

11.4. After the Certificate or Diploma has been issued, cancellation and refund of the amount will not be granted under any circumstances.

11.5. Retroactive debts will not be canceled, regardless of whether or not the service made available to the student was used, and the Portal is not responsible for debts incurred prior to the date of the cancellation request. Therefore, proportional amounts will not be refunded, since the course is fully available to the student.

11.6. In the case of payments by bank slip or direct debit, the refund will only be made to the bank account in the name of the user who made the purchase.

11.7. The course suspension is expected to last 2 consecutive months, non-cumulative.

11.8. In the event of delay in financial planning for 2 consecutive months, the scholarship will be automatically canceled, and the current value of the table available in “Contract Course” on the UNIFF University website will be applied through the link: https://www.universidadeuniffead.com/contratar-curso-uniff

11.09. UNIFF LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract with the student at any time and without the need for justification, upon 30 days' prior notice.

11.10. Students who express dissatisfaction with the methodology through the Teacher Center may have their courses terminated immediately, without the right to a refund of the amount invested. In addition, any course granted through discount, scholarship or award programs will be canceled with immediate effect. Even so, students must pay any outstanding or overdue installments, including the first installment, in addition to being subject to a fine for breach of contract, as stipulated in clause 11.3

11.11. This contract provides for the reimbursement of payments made in relation to the monthly fee, provided that the request is made within 7 (seven) calendar days after the payment. Although this contract has been drafted for Brazilians, the institution is located in the United States, and the laws of the State of Florida do not include specific provisions regarding contract termination or withdrawals. This clause is intended to protect the student, following the time frame established by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC). It should be noted that the enrollment fees are not directly received by the institution, as they are charged separately by the commercial analyst as a third-party service. Therefore, in the event of course withdrawal, this fee will not be refundable.

11.12. FOR OTHER CASES NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY and so that we can motivate the exchange or refund of a course, we ask that you contact our team, through the Teacher Center, to negotiate an alternative aimed at your satisfaction.

12. Scholarships, bonuses and academic penalties

12.1. Courses granted as bonuses will be suspended if the student defaults on payment and will be canceled without prior notice if the delay exceeds 30 days. These may only be redeemed after full payment of the main product. The redemption of benefits, including the issuance of certificates for courses granted as bonuses by the institution, will be subject to full payment of the main course. Certificates for bonus courses will only be issued after full payment of all monthly fees for the course charged. Although the student is not required to pay the monthly fees in advance, he/she must wait until full payment is made to obtain certificates for additional courses.

12.2. Academic penalties will be classified into two categories: minor and major. Minor penalties will result in the application of a fine equivalent to 5% of the total value of the contract. As for serious penalties, the students involved will be subject to immediate expulsion from the institution. Minor penalties include exceeding the deadline for submitting an activity, sending messages on channels other than those intended for student support, failing to read the course guide in full, and failing to watch the course instructional videos. Serious penalties, in turn, result in the immediate expulsion of the student from the institution. Behaviors that may lead to serious penalties include: any action that violates the sovereignty of the university as a company, such as disrespect for tutors and collaborators; the practice of acts that compromise the educational structure, program content, or methodology of the course; as well as actions in bad faith, such as repeatedly sending messages with the intention of overloading support or challenging the service provided.

12.3. Scholarships granted with a 100% discount by UNIVERSIDADE UNIFF LLC may be unilaterally terminated if the student is subject to penalties. Such penalties may be imposed by the educational management, the tutoring team, or the ombudsman of the Teacher Center. Termination may also occur in cases where the student expresses dissatisfaction with the educational methodology, whether through the Teacher Center, the service of a specific tutor, or the entire tutoring team. Strict compliance with the deadlines and established rules is mandatory, and the student may not, under any circumstances, confront the institution or its educational partners.

 

13. Other conditions

13.1. While using our Portal and services, you may find shortcuts to third-party websites. Please be aware that these websites are beyond our control and diligence. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility, explicit or implicit, for the content of these third-party websites.

13.2. We also emphasize that the indication of shortcuts to third-party websites on our portal and in our educational programs does not mean that we endorse and approve such websites, and is merely a suggestion for access.

13.3. Although none of our educational programs are offered with illegal or immoral content, it is important that you know that, due to your individuality, you may occasionally have access to content that, in your opinion, may be considered offensive, inappropriate or improper. Therefore, the use of our portal is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to screen the content that you will purchase and view, without any liability on our part.

13.4. Students subject to fees and postage.

13.5. Payment of the Apostille according to the Hague Convention in a Notary's Office is your sole responsibility, as well as payment of fees related to the Board Exam. And they will be charged in the currency of the State of Florida, United States (USA).

13.6. The institution UNIFF LLC is only responsible for issuing its own Certificates and Diplomas. And for following the Education Statutes of the FLDOE - Department of Education of the State of Florida, United States (USA).

13.7. The contract may be changed without prior notice, and it is the sole responsibility of the student to read it periodically.

13.8. You are responsible for the veracity of the registration data provided.

13.9. It is worth noting that, although many of our students are Brazilian, including those who reside in Brazil, all students are subject exclusively to the rules and laws of the State of Florida, United States. Brazilian regulations do not apply to our institution.

13.10. As UNIFF LLC represents itself, we designate the ARBITRATION COURT OF JUSTICE, registered with CNPJ 20.194.867/0001-32, as the competent authority to guarantee the validity of this contract in Brazil.

13.11. This document has the force of an EXTRAJUDICIAL EXECUTIVE TITLE, pursuant to art. 784, III of the CPC, being a liquid, certain and enforceable title.

13.12. To resolve issues arising from this Term, they must be clarified through a procedure to be instituted with the ARBITRATION COURT OF JUSTICE, CNPJ 20.194.867/0001-32, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
